Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on November 21, 2022, found that Haven Home HealthCare., remaining tag 0700 standing uncorrected, the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure completed on August 24, 2022.
